Gal*Gun 2 was allowed to release on PS4 as late as March/April 2018 (JP/west). Then Omega Labyrinth Z got banned in June, so that's the timeframe we know of.

The theory seems to be that 7EVEN was pushed back and has been lost because Sony's new bullshit policies but the truth is that their problems started way before that. Again, to the point where they have overshot their initial release window by 3 quarters and still haven't even said what genre the game is let alone shown anything from it.
