Was this game made on extremely limited budget or something? Don't get me wrong, it's still fun to play and nice to look at, but it's one of the laziest games I've seen in terms of content and effort that went into making it.
It's a shame they never brought her back, she was one of my favorite characters

Smash's classic mode doesn't have an ending cutscene, but at least each character gets congratulations screen with some unique artwork, MvC 2 has literally the same ending for everyone and it's very short and underwhelming

MvC1 had a great batch of content for it's small roster The assist system, new mechanics and unique chars / stages make it surprisingly replayable
