Pre-Arsene he's got swordie range speed counter and an insanely long tether recovery. Arsene pops out of his ass after being hit like three times. When Arsene comes out he not only has swordie range and speed but now the power of Ganondorf and an even stronger recovery. Arsene also lasts like 30 seconds unless you're capable of getting through his Ganondorf powered disjoints enough to lower his persona gauge. Oh and his projectile puts a dot on you.
