One million is more than I had my first NG+ so you're fine. is right though that money is less of a factor on NG+ unless you plan to fuse some Personas early with the Twins power. There's an exploit you can do to farm money by confusing any of the bosses in the pic with a Persona with a high luck stat, then they throw 100k yet at you a turn.

She certainly has the highest concentration of screen-time and dialogue after her introduction due to being the player's mouthpiece, but the problem is that most everything she says is boring as fuck. Even her social links romance route just has her go "Did you just say you liked me? Then we should start dating at once" and that's it. No extra Hawaii scene, nothing from Sae about how her prime suspect was eating her sister's ass, you get nothing from Makoto until the line at the end of the game about marriage comes up. The disparity between how much she features in the plot while speaking for you and what payoff you get out of romancing her leaves a bad taste in my mouth, personally.
