Why are are there no games about the Chechen War?

Battlefield 2’s Special Forces expansion basically had Chechen rebels as one opfor faction fighting against Russians.

You cant create anything resemblant to a modern conflict today. Imagine a game during the jugoslavian wars, chechen war, kosovo, rhodesia or other dirty shitty battlefields. Mutts cant do wars where they dont defeat the evil nazi guy and modern gaming cant go with all the shit happened during those wars.

It's a very dark chapter in the history of modern Russia and literally no one here likes to talk about it. If you ever watched that one video where Chechens behead a group of 18 years old conscripts who beg for their lives, it's pretty much this: the war.
There were two Chechen wars and both were absolutely horrible and essentially created a generation of alcoholic self-destructing madmen with PTSD
