Total War failed drastically on giving generals and rulers their much needed depth beyond the big names in the coalition. Is Orochi 4 worth it, specifically the PC port? I planned on picking it up whenever it goes on sale since it's still 60 fucking dollars.

I can't bring myself to like late period Cow Cow because of him sending the doctor to prison because he didn't like what the cure method was despite me being 90% sure it would have actually cured his headaches.

I was wholeheartedly with him before then even with the tons of scheming and plotting and murdering, but I felt for the doc too much.

WO4 on PC is well worth it. It runs smooth as butter and is one of the best musou games in terms of characters and pure gameplay. The content leaves a bit to be desired, because there's basically just one main story and that's it, but I loved it. I would also highly recommend Spirit of Sanada if you don't have it already. The PC port for that is good as well.

Wasn't Orochi 4 after DW9?

I've been doing that ever since she's appeared. I don't know how her design can just instantly win me over.

Honestly almost every single actor in that series was fucking godlike, they all put so much effort into their roles when they could have just not and it would have sold anyway.

Open world was the dumbest thing to tack on when levels were the best way to portray the progression of the war and show off the different maps and plans of the battles

It was, i'm mistaken - it came out in the same year so i got confused
at least it's a sign that they probably learned from their mistakes

also more of a side recommendation. The warriors orochi series too. Its dynasty warriors mixed with samurai warriors with mythology added on top. Orochi 4 is out but honestly its not as good as 3 which is the best in the series.

When it comes to DW, I actually don't really care for any particular girl.
