I have fond memories of that game. If I went back to play it it'd probably be ass but as a console RTS it was pretty neat.

I fucking loved this game and its crazy boss theme. Unfortunately it's unlikely to ever be brought back since it's actually a western localized version of a spinoff of a toy car line that has also gone under other names in America.

This game was so dang fun. Every creature felt like a joy to play as and destroying the city during the fight was immensely satisfying.
