As you have already pointed out, Jump Smash has already happened in the form of Jump Ultimate Stars, and I simply want a modern sequel to it, bumpy a developer that knows how to make fighting games like ArcSys or SNK.
“Anime Smash” is a dumb idea as anime is a very broad medium. It’d be like saying cinema Smash, or comic Smash. Narrowing it down to one company makes it easy for it to have focus. “Jump Smash” is akin to saying “Marvel Smash.” Which makes it more cohesive.
