I want a game where anime thots pose on my favorite cars

Furthest away camera is the only logical choice

bumper or hood cam

Attached: correct_answer.jpg (1360x903, 242K)

Not for driving it isn't. Being close to the track gives you much more precision

viper is a damn nice car

it sucks it didn't sell and they shut down production

near chase

GT Sport and Forza let you make your own liveries, though it's easier to import an .png of a cute girl to GT than try to make your waifu out of basic shapes in Forza. Plenty of games like rFactor also let you download liveries.

i was thinking more in the having a actual 3D modeled anime girl like from Koikatsu sit on the cars.

>make your waifu out of basic shapes
True gamers spend 100 hours doing this and 0 hours actually racing.

>car released a few days ago
>there's an umaru livery already

Attached: apollo ie.jpg (1920x1080, 788K)

What gaudy shit is this? I mean the Umaru livery is bad enough but what car?

youtube.com/watch?v=Q02pzKzzEfU

you can save the decals you make user
so he just plastered previously made decals on the new car

inside if fully modeled
bonnet otherwise

Cockpit always, unless we're talking about something like Wipeout.

Attached: Best Camera.jpg (1360x903, 211K)

looks shit

first always.
but also provide a nice replay system with the full range of cameras for screen shots/clips.

>be I dunno how old
>at dodge dealership with parents when they were getting a caravan for the family
>pop and I are looking at the vipers while these two black people are buying one
>the man was biting both his lips and looked a little awkward
>the woman with him is just sitting in a chair while the salesman is doing paperwork
>notice he's sweating even though it's cold inside the dealership
>then notice the big duffel bag on the floor...
>it's fucking filled with paper money
>these people were buying a viper with cash
How they accrued so much of it will remain a mystery.

Yeah it doesn't feel out of place in an Ace Combat game. People say it's god tier at handling in S2 class though.

I Usually prefer c in racing games, especially when the cockpit is visible like in the first GRID and midnight club los angeles, or e when playing shit like GTA. I really hate when the back camera of the car takes 50% of my field of view. it is irritating as fuck.

Attached: NOW_WITH_REFERENCE.png (2052x1266, 3.14M)

True that
I'd buy that anyday over a recent Nissan GTR or Porsche 911

Attached: images (34).jpg (678x452, 42K)

>arcade
Chase far, *usually
>sim, racing for fun
Cockpit
>sim, racing to win
Hood
*Wipeout PSVR has a cockpit view that is actually pretty cool.
Better to die a hero than become the villain.

Hope you enjoy going in straight lines.

>durrr viper can't turn cuz its american
>has a history of motorsports success
>was the fastest car on technical tracks and held many lap records until the GT2 RS finally dethroned the ACR
How much effort should I put into proving you wrong?

Dude, it's the 21st century, upgrade your car

Attached: Viper-Defender.jpg (1920x1280, 491K)

>arcade game with cartoony physics
behind the car

>simulator
driver's seat

>action game with driving in it
hood or top of the roof

>drifting game
bumper

>those rims
probably my favorite thing about old vipers

>barely faster than a camaro on nurburgring
lmao

You mean the Camaro that beats the Ferrari 488 and Nissan GT-R?
>15 seconds is barely faster
24 hour races have had smaller gaps.

If it's a sim, cockpit view with small fov

Attached: screencomparison.png (1393x784, 972K)

Usually start with outside, far camera when I'm learning a track.
I switch to cockpit once I'm familiar with it.

I can't drive these god damn Clios!

Attached: 0d5513a414b06b7e64134455a4981fa78a2d541a.jpg (616x353, 48K)

Weird, i'm the exact opposite. i can't drive far camera because there's a reaction delay from me vs when i drive in-cockpit so i have to drive in-cockpit until i know the track better and can deal with the delay-risk. my braking distance is shorter when i drive in cockpit than when i drive far camera.

Dunno, even though it has many faults, I've been enjoying Horizon 4 lately.

Attached: fdgf.jpg (1920x1080, 477K)

Yeah, like how all those third person platformer players say that you can't have platforming in first person because third person gives you much more precision?

>mfw driftlet

Attached: 1554114922066.jpg (400x400, 23K)

>no turn machines
>sports cars

I don't think so Tim

It's just a joke photo, my guy. Cause the Foxbody is kinda like the american 86, and muh fujiwara burgers joke

Forza 4 on steam when?

I cannot into drifting in that game

Chase far for arcades, cockpit for sims even though I haven't played one in years

How can you not? Its arcadey as fuck

Lift off oversteer? More gentle throttle inputs should help.

Me either, I never touched the drift story and I can barely get 2 stars on the drift zones. I sometimes fuck around with it on bends. Playing on a keyboard doesn't help probably, but, eh

Attached: fgdhgffgnfg.jpg (1920x1080, 286K)

suck at drifting? just turn off traction and stability control and use this car. makes drifting the easiest thing

Attached: Formula_Drift_Long_Beach_2017-03-31_DSC05311.jpg (3000x1688, 1.78M)

I see someone else had the same idea.
What are you having trouble with?
Who are you quoting?

Attached: timothy delivers burgers.jpg (1920x1080, 469K)

Are you talking about the 650hp, 650lbs torque new Camaro ZLE that is praised for its superb handling?

Attached: 1498137182239.jpg (950x537, 90K)

Hood cam for arcade, cockpit for simcade and sim. Bumper if hood cam isn't available.

anyone in the entire world thinking american "sports cars" are good.

Bumper view.

When the FUCK is the second expansion for FH4 coming?

Attached: 1526144354126.jpg (606x441, 95K)

what are some comfy driving games?
preferably ones where I can take long trips while listening to music in the background

It's gonna be shown off at e3, and probably released shortly after.

Chase cam, so I can avoid getting demolition derby'd if I'm actually trying to win. Cockpit if I'm bored and feel like larping.

Seethe

Attached: break my wallet.jpg (828x781, 203K)

That's fine, drifting is shit anyway.

fuck drifting. doing mid night club style elite speed down the highway is the chad patrician choice

Hood is available. If not then bumper.
That wasnt the reason it ended

It was too old school. You actually have to drive the thing yourself instead of letting AWD/computers/automatic gearbox do half the driving for you. I guess that's not what people want anymore.

You'd think there would be an announcement by now, fuck. I know it's hopeless but I still want Japan. The "switchbacks" they were advertising for Fortune Island was literally one fucking road, and it was wider than a Texas highway.

Attached: nurbugring graffiti.jpg (750x417, 80K)

Forza Horizon 5 on Xbone2 will be Japan
Has to be

I don't think so. The last 4 games have been
>america
>italy+france
>australia
>united kingdom
So 3 english speaking countries and 1 area fairly welcoming to english speakers. Communicating with the japanese and getting research done would be more difficult I think.

inb4 more hotwheels

fh4 is already bone shakers: the game

That clearly isn't the point of this car.

It won't be. When they were asked about the decision process for FH4, they said that Japan wasn't even in the pool of locations they were considering. Every attempt to bring up Japan gets a sort of "well who knows, maybe one day". They clearly don't want to set the game in Japan. And that's a good thing. Fuck Initial D quoting ironic weeb retards. I want them as far away from my hobby as possible. Stop driving up the price of twin cams you fucking manchildren.

>fairly welcoming to english speakers
Have you ever interacted with the French, user?

I'd like to see Polyphony make their own open world racing game set in Japan. Not like Horizon where you you floss while wearing a clown suit while collecting social media fans in your billion dollar hypercar though. Something set in late 90s/early 00s Japan, where you spend your time racing on the touge, racing on the wangan, racing at Ebisu, doing odd jobs for delivery or tuning companies, maybe helping for an episode of Hot Version, etc. The end game isn't a Koenigsegg Agera RS or something, but more like a Nissan GT-R Z-Tune or a Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale.

rear for arcade
cockpit or hood for non-arcade depending on which one feels the best

No they discontinued it because saftey regulations regarding its doors and emission standards had changed and it couldn't pass

Rear camera always
I always feel squished with other cameras because the FOV never feels right

>Sim/Simcade
Cockpit or hood
>Arcade/stunt driving
Chase high

Lower fov is actually better because it's closer to actual scale, the way your brain sees the world. You'll have a better sense of where you are on the track youtube.com/watch?v=AbbxkX7kS_M

You can even calculate the precise fov you should use with your setup, according to your screen size and distance from the screen andyf.me/fovcalc.html

There was a guy who used to post his game on /o/ called Touge 1995 that sounds exactly like what you're describing. He'd found modellers, musicians, graphic designers and everything. It started getting a lot of attention from Japanese internet. He then cancelled the game on the spot out of pressure. Turns out, he was sixteen and totally lying about his ability to develop a video game. The sad truth is, nobody is going to spend time and money on a project like that because it's simply too small of a niche. Sure, lots of kids are into JAY DEE EM nowadays, but they're into Rocket Bunny bodykits and stance garbage. Their idea of Japanese street racing culture is people doing burnouts while hip hop plays like Fast & Furious.
