Needler was my favorite in CE, although I used Plasma Pistol + Pistol/AR for the vast majority of the game.

Plasma pistol was unironically good on its own in CE. Most iconic? Probably the AR or the needler.

I enjoy Halo 3 AR, because it seems balanced.

Alot of people don't know this but dual wield plasma rifle and magnum were great.

3 shots with plasma is a lowered shield, and then the magnum pistol for the one shot to the head.

I cringe when I see the majority of redditors youtubers say their first online game was Reach (and I like Reach)

Back in early 2008, one of my friends bugged my ass to no end download the PC trial of CE and play it with him. 64 player Blood Gulch was a shitfest but it was fun. A shame they turned that thing off.

Halo 5 is good, is nowhere perfect and it might have the worst campaign, but is still very fun.
