It's 3D platformer game, it's a very lesser known gem and well worth your time if you are a fan of the genre.

I barely remember the first games story but I think it's a continuation, though I do remember second game being better than the first one.

A Story About My Uncle dropped trading cards when I got it for free in January. But then I got Fearless Fantasy and Divide by Sheep in May, and both games have trading cards on the market, but none dropped for me. In fact, Fearless Fantasy and Divide by Sheep didn't even get added to my booster pack eligibility list. So as far as the Steam trading card system is concerned, I never added those games to my account. If I really wanted cards for those particular games (which I don't), then I guess I would have to go through Steam support to remove the free copies from my account, and then buy them.

You don't have to, though first one is like few hours long so you can finish it quick if you want and you can find it at tpb.
