How come the Epic Store picked all the best games for exclusivity?
How did they have such a good eye for which games are gonna be good or not? Anno 1800, Outer Wilds, Metro Exodus, Outer Worlds, Sinking City, Rebel Galaxy Outlaw, not to mention the ex-PS4 exclusives like Journey and the Quantic Dream games.
Their store is quite shit, but they have such a good eye for upcoming masterpieces they should have been publishers all along.
Because Epic is full of smart workers which is kind of inevitable when they're the ones behind making Fortnite such a massive success. They're finally offering an alternative to Steam for PC games and no matter how many nerds cry about their monopoly being broken up, it's going to be a game changer
Parker Gonzalez
Literally what is this? Western kusoge, that's what it is. If Epic had a good eye for masterpieces they'd look at Japan, not this trash
How are you enjoying Halo and Gears of War on Epic? Oh, wait.
Liam Turner
I play Microsoft games via the MS Store since it has superb family sharing and only one friend has to buy the game for everyone in the gang to play together
Christopher Russell
have you seen the crap valve sells? it doesn't take a genius to have a better lineup.
It's an exploration game. You play as an astronaut uncovering the mysteries of a civilization that mysteriously vanished from your star system.
Christopher White
>Anno 1800 I just bought that directly from Uplay.
Tyler Thompson
>Valve gets Halo >Epic gets the Halo Killer Oh no no bros
Matthew Rogers
i pirate everything lmao get fucked faggot
Jose Lewis
Oh shit, Epic's getting Halo too?
Joshua Hill
Is Epic getting Bungie's dev team?
Jason Morgan
That's Haze you braindead cunt. I knew Steamdrones were stupid but jesus.
Cameron Williams
its hilarious when it comes down to oh well we know the store is shit but AT LEAST they have good eye for upcoming games like: the worst metro the upcoming disaster by obsidian anno that isn't even an exclusive and not even sold through "our" store anymore
>ubisoft is basically using EGS' terrible PR to get Steamfags to buy off Uplay while milking Epic for exclusivebucks I wonder if S(mall)weeney has enough braincells to realize he's being had.
Lucas Sanchez
>not getting that halo killed itself Yea Forums is the dumbest goddamn board I swear to god.
Noah Butler
how do you uncover the mysteries?
Cooper Smith
Ah yes low effort games and console ports
Dominic Campbell
>another Outer Wilds thread Literally paid shilling. No one even knew about this game until you started spamming it everyday
Colton Hall
This game is both on epic games and gamepass The devs dont even need people buying their game with those bonuses
Luis Wood
Same shit happened with Metro and Anno. Epic is really desperate.
Andrew Lewis
Nintendo shills are awake
Daniel Nelson
>Game comes out >People talking about it Are some of you retards so new that you don't remember the alpha demo from years ago that was pretty popular here? You're doubly retarded too since the OP outright suggested people should pirate the game
Brody Wilson
>People only started caring about metro and Anno because of epic Fucking newfag
Hunter Jenkins
I don't think so. Do you have any proof? Or are you just fooling around? I mean if you have proof like receipts of payments etc. Please post those, I'd like to see out of curiosity. That would be a real game changer. Sorry for the pun. Have a nice day or night. Depending where you live in the planet earth. Unless you're an alien. Then good simulated day and night cycle.
If anything these games got less recognition than they should because of Epic
Noah Hughes
Nice try Chang.

You fly around in your spaceship, land on planets and explore old ruins, labs, caves, etc. There you find projections, notes, artifacts and such that give you some information regarding what happened and/or ways to get past obstacles somewhere.
All information gets logged in your board computer where you can piece it all together to figure out where you should check things out next.
The actual gameplay aside from figuring stuff out is flying your ship and getting around on the planets. You have a jetpack with thrusters in each direction to navigate shit. Stuff like different degrees (and directions) of gravity plays a role in puzzles too. Without spoiling too much, there are a bunch of very cool physics twists.
