Its funny you should mention that actually. I didn't really see him there but one of the people in the group asked a dev on what it was like working with him and there was kind of an awkward silence. Eventually one of the devs said something along the lines of him "keeping things interesting" around there

Something involving Lilith and Sanctuary, presumably showing exactly what happened to Sanctuary II before they made Sanctuary III. That and new Rainbiw-rarity guns.

The working title was called something along the lines of "Commander Lillith's fight for sanctuary". It's pretty cool actually, I got to play the beginning. It opens up with Mordecai's bird flying back to him with a thumbdrive of sorts and the original vault hunters becoming aware of a bandit raid of unprecedented size coming to storm sanctuary. I got to play through the first mission in the campaign which involved fighting through a bandit camp for more intel that was located close to the dust on the overworld map.

That's a yes to both games. They made me play them with a PS4 controller tho so it sucked a little

You're spot on actually. As for the rainbow-rarity guns, I got to use two of them. One was an SMG that fired every element in the game in one shot, and another is a sniper with really high damage, but the pellet comes back to you and can almost kill you if you miss your shot. The devs where saying that they wanted to use the rainbow rarity as a way to introduce guns based off of community mods into the game.

Check my reply earlier, they are basically gearbox's way of incorporating community-created weapons into the actual game

Is Helios still in orbit in the DLC, or did they remember that Tales ended with it blowing up?

In all honestly I've never played through or watched tales, and wasn't paying attention to if helios was still up. (Though the DLC is all still in beta anyways). However, what I do know is that, after turning in the first mission in the campaign, Lillith says something about "needing as much help" as she could get, and implying that the second mission would be a "Run around and enlist the help of several NPCs" type. Being that most of the relevant NPCs (other than Ellie) already reside in sanctuary, I'd be lead to believe that we would be seeing some familiar faces.

I'd imagine it would be included with the season pass but they said nothing about pricing
