What are Yea Forums's thoughts on Celeste?
it's fun
I'm not really into trial & error dude lmao git gud platformers, but I beat the story mode without cheating/assist. It was okay.
I don't finish games or even play them past a few hours anymore but fuck me I 100%'d this game and haven't felt quite like it since
dilate
horrible game overrated by the media
There aren't enough cinematic events or qte's and it also requires skill therefore i don't like it.
>trial & error
If you know you suck just admit it. Its always clear how to get through a room. its just a matter of practicing it until you get good enough.
I wanted to like it but the art style and control scheme is beyond me.
Great game, fun to play, story is a bit corny but it has good intentions.
Music and atmosphere are great, and a esthetically strong in most stages.
>I beat the story mode without cheating/assist
Want a medal?
Fun enough for me to get all achievements, but I sure as hell am never touching the golden strawberry shit.
Music is also pretty good.
youtube.com
It's good, but "They Bleed Pixels" made me really fucking tired of Platformers that focus on constant mid-air walljumpings combos through incredibly precise spiketraps.
If you put enough time into testing and balancing your difficulty, you don't need to put a checkpoint in every 20 seconds of gameplay.
it's a fine game
overrated.
>it's not trial an error, you have to TRY and learn for your ERRORS
the absolute fucking state of castrated worshippers.
How is this game compared to Super Meat Boy?
>Its always clear how to get through a room. its just a matter of practicing it until you get good enough.
No fucking shit.
The challenge comes from trying to do what is already obvious until you get the input 100% perfect.
It's just another western tranny 8bit meme game. Shit that is not even worth pirating.
Its message about abortion is even more resonant now seeing what's happening in Georgia. A beautiful and important game.
This. instruments should also play themselves and I should be a professional gymnast the first time I do a backflip.
>chapter 9 is gonna be even harder than c-sides
>generic beep boop tranny music
>good
Nope.
I liked it more. SMB got boring and repetitive super fast.
Delicious but too small.
it's the only "precision platformer" I like because it's got levels made of multiple screens, a great soundtrack, and isn't floaty as fuck.
I'm ready
Abortion shit
I 100%'d it. The last segment of the final C-side level took me 2 hours, fuck it forever.
And fuck you if you used assist mode, also known as pussy ass bitch mode.
I really enjoyed it. It was incredibly satisfying the first time I beat the B-side for the Summit
Better than Super Meat Boy, worse than Ori. Absolutely overhyped by s o y b o y journos.
great level design
>tfw LEVEL UP
Less slippery. I personally prefer the feeling of Super Meat Boy.
Play Ori. If you liked Celeste, Ori will blow your fucking mind.
>tranny music
>Being this stupid
I'd get you if you meant the ASide music but the BSide music is all by other composers you trashlord.
I did. It did.
OG better than Definitive Edition.
>The last segment of the final C-side level took me 2 hours, fuck it forever.
Are you me?
Chapter 9 WHEN
>assist mode
Easiest platinum ever. 10/10, would buy again for the trophies.
Why is her music so good in this game?
>tfw quit on 7C
The combination of pixels and smooth vector overlays on the same screen triggers my autism, but it's still one of the best precision platformers of the last decade and probably the most balanced in terms of difficulty - you can get through the story mode without being a masochist, but it's got enough extra content for the IWBTG crowd too.
It good. Not much more to say really. Just a bing bing platformer with some pretty good challenges on the b/c sides.
I beat the whole game legitimately except the golden strawberries. I just went fuck it and turned on assist mode and collected all of them
Which level was your favorite play Yea Forums? For me it's 2C because the last segment is so fun constantly dashing from dream block to dream block
Very good intentions and thematics even tho the writing itself is pretty meh, but gameplay was great. Not a huge fan of the aesthetic, but OST has a lot of cool tracks but also a lot of atmospheric and less interesting songs too. Still a very cool game overall.
The dream block levels were great, i think i liked 2B more though,
dream blocks are the best mechanic, the stress spores that just dash side to side and you gotta have good timing are second worst, wind is the worst
Generic meh.
>pixel shit
into the trash it goes
She's cute and talented!
I don't think about it at all.
>Le stop being depressed game
the dicotomy here, don't be such a jaded Yea Forumstard
It was a fun game, nothing particularly amazing, but defiantly a step above the average indie platformer.
It's the definition of the word "pandering".
shit tranny game, kys if you played it
Like clockwork.
just do it. All people with depression should just off themselves, they are mentally weak and the world is worse off trying to pander to them or fix them.
great game with amazing music and atmosphere. only flaw is the gameplay
lole
>"DEPRESSION IS REAL!!!!111one"
>"islam love interest
>le ebin anime humor
I' ll pass.
You should at least try to get the "chapter 1 dashless" berry. That one is fun and teaches you tricky mechanics
You are fucking retarded.
I did, but that's where I draw the line.
Bring it the fuck on.
Fuck, I didn't even know there was a teaser for the dlc and oh boy this looks fucking menacing
twitter.com
It looks menacing, but the actual path through it looks easier than most C-Sides.
>abortion game
Oh shit there's more
twitter.com
>indie platformer with wall jumping, 2 second long levels and infinite lives
