Fallout $ is the best 3D one so far. That's not saying it has no faults, on the contrary, it has a bunch, the thing is that almost, if not all, of those can also be found in some capacity in 3 and NV, including retarded writing in multiple points, and not following the original lore as closely as it could/should. But the gunplay, while nothing fancy is already miles ahead of the other 2 and Power armor was given more relevance than just being some late-game suit of regular armor.

I don't think it's the best one but it's way better than 3. I'm not sure what people see with 3 or even have the audacity to call it better than 4.
