Hard Rock is actually easier than Sweatin' difficulty, because it's easier to see the order in which you need to hit the notes, instead of seeing 14 notes pop up on the screen at once.

I believe it's mission 12 in all three titles.

If I recall they all have the same progression structure, except OTO1 doesn't have 3 bonus songs or a two-parter finale.
