i didnt like the fact that in horizon the environment does react to the character . Like waking through water or bushes doesnt create ripples/ move aside

This gen fifa games were designed with parity in mind between the base Xbone and PS4, basically ignoring the edge the PS4 had for better performance. Thus when enhanced consoles came along they could easily bump the resolution up to 4K even on an essentially 1440p native design like the Pro.
