What? Both those games are fully canon to their series. I don't know if any megaman game has been fully retconned but with street fighter tbe only game to be retconned I believe is Alpha 1.

Kyo and Iori share several moves but not in the same game. As soon as Iori got the ground fireball, Kyo lost his and only gained it again in XII when Iori lost the fire powers
