What do you like about the game specifically? I made it the more challenging by removing markers, increasing enemy sight, and dramatically lowering Snake's health. All this I did with Infinite Heaven. You could also have stuff in Infinite Heaven which lets you fuck around in free roam by adding extra enemies, tanks, mechs, and even skulls to fight. There's a myriad of cool mods in nexusmods. Check them out
