Fallout 4

why is Far Harbor so much more atmospheric than the base game?

never played it, like most people.

It's lazy, thats all. They don't understand what made the last games good. It's like they made skyrim and fallout 3 and new vegas by accident or something.

>he thinks Bethesda made New Vegas

I bet you think they made nu-Doom and Prey, too

Far Harbor is literally the only good piece of writing in Fallout 4, and even then it isn't spectacular. Why the fuck is Bethesda so lazy at writing? Far Harbor is proof that they CAN, they just won't unless there's another paywall in front of it.

Bethesda didn't make New Vegas you big dumb. That's why it's the best fallout.

the over-abundance of fog.
fog makes anything more "atmospheric"

unironically never managed to play for long enough to reach the DLCs, even with a lot of mods.
FO4 sucked.

Ok but Nuka World was better

Point Lookout is still the best Fallout DLC

The beginning was strong until you realize the fog and monsters weren't a big deal.

more like fallout fart lol

For me, its big MT.

it's the second best.

3 is worse than 4 by all margins. no having more dialogue doesn't improve it if all the fucking dialogue is complete shit

>walking around a parking lot
>suddenly the fucking seemingly ruined bus gets up and attacks me
they actually done well with that, was decently animated for bethshit too.

btw how is the NV mod that far harbor was based on?

>btw how is the NV mod that far harbor was based on?
wut
do you mean autumn leaves

I read somewhere that far harbor was ripped off an NV mod, wouldn't surprise me because bethesda haven't had a single creative thought since shivering isles

>Why the fuck is Bethesda so lazy at writing?
Same reason 99,52% of all video games suffer from bad writing; writers cost money., and costs make shareholders unhappy.

>Outsource all writing to the receptionist, all she does is type anyway.

There's a single quest that is very similar to the mod Autumn Leaves.

Yeah it's completely plagiarized from a mod called Autumn Leaves (I think that's the name).

So they literally didn't do a single thing good in 4 themselves.

cuz normies don't give a shit, they just want big open world and le funny xD

well the shooting and power armor were pretty okay. they also made a decent framework for the artillery but it needs mods to work. I liked the verticality in the map too, but sadly there wasn't much to find

Reddit Humor: the DLC

I can't stand when people think BGS makes every game published by Bethesda Softworks

Unironically, the best written DLC of nuFallout is Honest Hearts. You can disagree on the gameplay added, but you can't knock the writing.

That DLC has some great fucking weapons too

mist

It was pretty atmospheric when I played it but then Nexus Mod Manager stopped recognizing my game and couldn't install or update mods and then it started crashing and I just could not be bothered to try and fix it

I mean the survivalist was kino but the rest felt too on-rails. All of NV's DLC has that problem, really.

And enemies to shoot

Lol you fell for the bait

>NMM
why would you do this to yourself

Fuck a Bloodbug.

>I was only pretending to be retarded.
Shitposting. Shitposting never changes.

I'm not even the guy who said it I just thought it was obvious bait

I'm not a clever man

Best Fallout dlcs are
