Congratulations, you've figure out why there's so many blood elf players on Horde side. Mostly these races are picked because they mostly resemble more human and they are likely more connected with these compared to more obscure picks like gnomes or trolls.

The only acceptable Alliance Shaman race isn't added yet, Broken/krokuul. You can just chill in Outland or with Draenei in general. Regular Draenei don't make sense as shamans because shamanism was picked up in Draenor when they lost faith in the naaru/light.
Only Belf works for pallies but a lot of skills need changing to make it work, I prefer BC Pallys who sucked power from naaru, than what we have now with the light infused sunwell paladins. Tauren make 0 sense and Zandalari, while they make some sense, would need complete spell names changes and revamps to their skillset for it to work really.

Gonna need a source on that, it makes plenty of sense the draenei would have picked up shamanism from the uncorrupted orcs. They coexisted peacefully for hundreds of years.
