Phil Spencer said in an interview a few weeks ago that he has already played the Fable game from Playground, a new game from RARE and the Ninja Theory game.
Ori 2 is one of them since the game is still not out and doesn't have a release date.
He said Xbox Game Studios (1st party) though, and Ori isn't a 1st party game.
Cuphead DLC is one of them too, keep in mind, Phil didn't say "new games" he just said "games" so chances are some of these could very easily be DLC.
Minecraft Dungeons is also going to be there too.
Microsoft is gonna purchase Moon Studios formally, it was hinted at months ago by microsoft insiders

FH3s expansion was Hot Wheels themed and several insiders are saying FH4s expansion is Lego themed.
Even with updates and dlcs for existing games there would still be 5 completely new games.

there are quite a lot of Xbox 1st party games. Heck one of the games could literally just be a steam release trailer for master chief collection and other game ports to places like Switch and PS4...

why do you act like it's so impossible, Phil has mentioned countless times that Xbox makes most of its money off of software sales, so it's only natural if they decide to put their software on more systems so they can make more money. Heck PC is even getting that fucking Xbox Game Pass service which was the final reason anyone had to still own an Xbox One.
