I know I'm about to get shit on, but this just had too much fuckin backtracking for me. I had just come from playing RE1 on DS, and REmake felt like there were at least twice as many locked doors and half as much ammo. I get that they wanted to up the tension from the PS1 by making fights tougher and forcing the player to be in danger more often, but it was just too
much shit to deal with for me. I guess that's what I get for picking the "climb a mountain" mode from the beginning.
