Just Fair ans Back Throw kill power. If you're playing peach at the level in which she becomes a broken character, this is minimal as her float cancel still exists.
The only way they can kill peach is of they force the float to require a certain height, and even then they're balancing casual play not tournament play so Peach is not likely to get a nerf.

The main issue is he's too slow and especially doesn't have the air manoeuvrability to make use of it, so at a higher level of play he can't even get in to make use of it.
