It's been a while, but you can choose to spend more time between Natsuki or Yuri based on... I think it was whoever's poem you said you liked. You got different CG because you spend time with that character. These two routes are in vanilla.
Yeah, there's mods but the two big ones are happy endings and some stuff regarding one of the parts towards the end of the game. I don't know where people get mods but if no one helps you out, you could try the steam forums or reddit.

and monika's was probably the best because of the ending.
overall its the best DDLC mod ive played and i enjoyed it. the OST for it is good too.

You can completely miss Natsuki's scenes if you make poems that appeal to yuri or sayuri the first go around. After that, yuri begins hijacking forcing you to spend time with her even if you tried to appeal to natsuki.

A lot of people made poems for yuri the first time around and then never ended up seeing Natsuki's scenes and coming away from it hating her way more than they should have
