that's exactly my point though, smash bros should be a collection of iconic characters, from nintendo games and I suppose sometimes non-nintendo games if they're iconic enough(pacman, mega man, sonic, etc). I think steve would fit as well as sonic or megaman honestly.

It's not much but here's some few ideas
He can move and operate to a similar vein to R.O.B the robot.
For his Side B he can do a bite similar to what Pirahnna Plant does
His alts would be Bonnie, Foxy, and Chica.
His final smash would a jump scare, flinging the opponent off the stage and costing said opponent a stock.
