Wait, people actually get spammed for microphone shit in csgo? Ive called my teammates niggers, faggots, retards, and grief anytime I play casual just to start fights with the random internet tough guys. The worst that happens is getting kicked.
I once had a guy supposedly playing with his gf who I said sucked shit at the game raging at me and how he was going to fly from canada to the US to kick my ass and just kept calling him a nigger cuck. No point using sophisiticated insults when the lowest get you a reaction better than you expect.

There used to be a glitch in Counter-Strike: Source where you could type setinfo name " " into the console to make it so that your name wouldn't appear on the mute, meaning the server would be forced to listen to your micspam until an admin could join the server and ban you. I got banned from most of the major servers at the time.
I also used to use cheat engine to force sv_cheats 1 on which would let you do things like spawn the explosive barrels from Half-Life 2. I would go into spectator and drop them on my teammates heads. Shit was fun as hell, I miss it.

I got banned from a Battlefield 3 server for doing literally nothing. It was just a regular rush server with no specific rules, I joined a somewhat full game and 30 seconds later I got kicked and banned. I wasn't even using an offensive gamertag, the admin literally just banned me before I could even set up my class and spawn

I admined a Gmod server for a while and if we needed more slots or if someone with an obnoxious username connected (furries, bronies, obvious children like paco.hernandez2003) I'd just ban them and move on, it was extremely popular and almost always full so who the fuck even cares if a handful of players are axed?

Got banned from Club Penguin as a kid for saying stupid, and another 2 times for people reporting my account falsely.

The server wasn't full it was only like 17/24 players. I messaged the admin asking what I did wrong and they never responded. I wouldn't have been so pissed if Battlefield 3 didn't have so few active servers

Banned in one of the biggest servers in Red Orchestra 2, because I picked up a sniper rifle on the ground and somehow managed to get a kill with it. The guy I killed was one of the server owners, who at the time was trying to record a promotion video for the servers

Gmod rp servers were the best. I remember in one server I would RDM people then get in my car and ram into any ambulances that tried to come and revive the guy I killed. Eventually everyone in the server got so fed up with me they all formed an angry mob and chased me around the map until they cornered me in a building and fucking lynched me. Good times.

i used to grief the shit outta servers before i became a mod between you and me
my favorite trick was when source engine games had a bug that allowed you to mess around with your in-game name through the console (even change the font, colour, etc). i would use that to not only fake being an admin but also just copy an admin's name to cause some ruckus. often times the mods were dumb as fuck and would ban by name because they were too lazy, so i would change a single character in the admin's name if i could and he would end up either kicking or banning himself. it was much easier doing it to regular players too.

Upon the admin telling me to not do that as there were kids there I then said fine and took out my pistol and shot him in the head. I was then banned.

Got perm muted for like 3-4 years in Runescape if that counts. They didnt unmute me until I appealed in like '11 or '12, and the worst part is I played on the same account throughout most of that time.

I used to join Battlefield servers are purposely do whatever the admin banned if it was faggoty. Nothing better than shooting down the admin's helicopter reserved for him at all times and making him rage. Especially when I wouldn't even use stingers and do it with the RPG.

Got banned in WoW back in the day for "selling turtle mount codes". 500g upfront. Then when the reedemed the code I would get another 500g. Long story short the codes obviously never worked and I did it so much they would post in the trade chat every hour not to accept any turtle mount codes. Ended up racking somewhere near 10k gold before I finally got banned. All my gold stripped. I used crazy characters and would transfer and laundry gold to 4 different characters and just buy and sell on AH. Had more fun with that then the game itself.

after being a consistent player for a 8 months i got banned for "bad fellowship"
i loved the server so much i debated spending the money on an alt just to play it again
thankfully i forgot about that plan because the server was then abandoned by the owner and shut down 4 months later

I once got a dude banned for life on WoW by sending him gold. He was in my guild and he was the most obnoxious and dishonest guy ever (everyone in the guild hated him but the GM was trash)
I logged in at around 6 AM (I never do), sent him all my gold from all my characters (around 15k, it was during Wotlk), then logged off. I then logged in again at 10 AM (the usual), made a ticket and complained all my gold were gone and I thought I got hacked. The GM said he would look into my case. A week later, he was banned (we heard from another guildie who was friend with him that it was forever) and I got all my gold back.
Obviously though, it wouldn't work today since the new IP thing Blizzard did a few years ago

basically this one guy made a mod that only he could distribute, you had to have his blessing to host the gamemode.
i reverse engineered his obfuscated gamemode, then his save file (which was local lol) and gave myself a shitton of money and max level.
bought my team like 30 Pawnee helicopters and we all flew together to attack the enemy with Ride of the Valkyries playing
it was pretty awesome but getting permabanned from what was 80% of public arma servers at the time kinda sucked
