thing is, gta no matter how bad the graphics were, was always good at giving the impression of a real, living, breathing city, and somewhat of the city it's set in, tinged by movies etc.
that adds a bunch of water and reflection effects and road textures and a more detailed car model. it sucks.

Hey, that's pretty good. First time I've seen a mod for this game that doesn't look like reflected ass.
This is my same feelings aswell everytime I see these GTA 5 2080Ti Sli mod vids. Things like the cars look almost overrealstic, but then everthing else is a few notches below, so it looks off.
Atleast with the regular game with semi-shit graphics it looks all the same through out
