Divinity 3 when?

Attached: Divinity_2_cover.jpg (256x317, 23K)

it is a hidden gem

Could be Divinity 3...
Could be Original Sin 3...

Either way I'm excited but was really hoping for Dragon Commander 2.

Baldur's Gate III

It's Baldur's Gate 3, there were rumors earlier this year that Larian was working on it.

Thats the Divinity aesthetic though isn't it?

Eh... they have to drastically improve their writing and storytelling for me to be interested in a Div OS 3.
First two were definitely quality games but I hated everything outside of the mechanics.

There is no "Divinity Aesthetic" cause almost every single game they made is a different genre

bioware really fucked up that badly?

It's just my guess, there were rumors of BGIII. OS3 doesn't make sense right now, it would cannibalize the spinoff they're doing.

AWWWW
I WANNA HAVE SEX WITH A SKELETON WAIFU

And an official statement by them adressing the rumors, saying that they would never do it, because they would not be able to do it justice, or something to that effect.

Could just be PR misdirection.
Personally I don't think it's DivOS3 because the gameplay is already getting stale especially if they made a third one so quick.
Not to mention it would completely cannibalize the Dragon Commander spiritual successor that's using DivOS2 gameplay.

It's either Divinity 3 or Baldur's Gate 3, there is no other option.

what's the point of having div 3 and os tactics at the same time?

Reminder that there are many sorts of people in this world. Can you truly say that one is more strange than the other?

>it would cannibalize the spinoff they're doing.
Isn't that coming out soon? OS3 could be 2 years or so away and their spinoff would still do well

YEEEEEEEEEES PLEASE DIVINITY OS 3

I can already imagine it
>4 AP only
>Split armour
>Exponentially scaling levels so you need to replace your shit every time you level up
>Game still tricks you into believing you can progress any route you want when the enemies' levels means there's only one or two ways to complete the entire story

Attached: 1548420036327.jpg (679x679, 93K)

They admitted the armor system is a mistake so hopefully that won't be a problem

>High Initiative gives you fewer turns

Divinity is not the same as Original Sin you fucking monkey.
The series didn't start with Original Sin.

You have the Hack'n'Slash:
Divinity 1: Sword of Lies (known as Divine Divinity because of publisher meddling).
Beyond Divinity (standalone expansion pack to the above)

Then you have the third person Action RPG:
Divinity 2 Ego Draconis
Divinity 2 Flames of Vengenace (expansion pack to the above)
Divinity 2 Dragon Knight Saga/Director's Cut (bundle of the two above with extra updates)

Then you have the /pol/ Simulator RTS:
Divinity Dragon Commander

Then there's the turn based CRPGs:
Divinity Original Sin 1/Enhanced Edition
Divinity Original Sin 2/Definitive Edition

And then there's the upcoming /pol/ Simulator 2 with turn based combat instead of RTS:
Divinity Fallen Heroes

tl;dr DivOS2 is not Divinity 2, they are entirely different games in entirely different genres

>reddit spacing

I hated the split armour system.. It forced you to stack to one side or the other.

Swen explicitly said that armor system was a mistake and if he could go back in time he would remove it.

You literally don't know what reddit spacing is, I spaced them out based on sub-series you fucking monkey. If I used reddit spacing literally every single line would have an empty line after it. Shitpost harder and get cancer and die you fucking schlomo jew.

I don't know what's worse, the AP in the new shadowrun games or divinity OS

If this is actually a conclusion to Divinity 2, I will buy the game on release day.

OH FUCKING BOY. At least we have Fallen Heroes to tide us over until 3.

Attached: soyboy-gif-5.gif (326x191, 34K)

I never did have the chance to play the originals. I don't think I would go back and play them either, were they good?

>Swen explicitly said that armor system was a mistake and if he could go back in time he would remove it.
When? I must have missed that

Thanks for the reminder

Isn't it just something about fallen heroes or shit?

>that spacing

They were but all of them have issues running on PC. Even DD.

Just read a synopsis and listen to the soundtracks.
RIP Kirill

See now get cancer and die

Every time I play Divinity 2 I also stop around the time you reach that island where you need to find profession NPCs to inhabit it (alchemist, blacksmith, etc). I always wondered, how far into the game is that point?

Why the fuck are you lying?
All of them work flawlessly as far as Steam and GOG releases are concerned and I say this as Win10 user that marathoned the entire franchise last year.

No it doesn't and only little brained players who can't take advantage of tactical flexibility run pure phys or magic dps parties

Nah
seething little plebbitor

>tactical flexibility
>take half of phys half of magic
>split armor damage
>can't do shit
>cc won't work
or
>take full phys
>smash through phys
>cc works
and
>take full magic
>smash through magic
>cc works

Nah dude. They "run" but they all have performance issues. D2 is still such a mess that they threw their hands up and gave up on trying to fix the game and officially said it won't be supported anymore.

DD I just played not even a week ago and even that has weird performance issues.

Nigger they literally went back to Div2 and completely overhauled it with the Director's Cut few years back, again, why the fuck are you lying and are so full of shit?

Too bad all those modern crpg's are a fucking chore to play.

It would seem like it might be nearing the end, but it's not, more like a halfway point.

Attached: 58540_20170208103635_1.png (1920x1080, 1.87M)

hes an obsidian cuck from resetera still seething at how good and succesful div os 2 is

pathfinder's pretty good

only because it's almost impossible t run on modern systems

The kids reaction when Fane told him that was pretty funny.

I just want a crpg that lets me be a dragon
No, not a guy who transforms into a dragon but is totally a dragon
I want to be the little dragon

The Director's Cut also barely works and there's no way to force the game to use the hardware mouse cursor so your stuck using that shitty, laggy software one.

You're just a ball sucker is all and you don't care how filthy those balls are.

Man I like OS but Divinity 3 would be a real treat. The second game had a lot of potential to become a big western ARPG especially considering how stale Elder Scrolls became.

Imagine being so much of a tech illiterate plebbit spacing using zoomer that you don't even know how to fucking configure a game lmao.

what will gothic and divinityfags do when their new games are garbage
will they commit suicide en masse infront of morrowindchads?

Yeah. BW will be dead by 2020.

>bioware
They never owned the ip, last I heard Obsidian was the one who was set to make 3

Or make your whole team into a mix of magic and physical and smash that way.
>inb4 it doesn't work
Yes it does.

Wow look at that. Literally the forst thread on game's discussion forum is about the fucking thing doesn't work.

Isn't that interesting? Must be a conspiracy.

If It happens to be Divinity3 I hope they consider remastering 2 IF the combat system is done right and no I don't mean OS for those who might get confused. I love Div2 but it's so dated at this point.

Elex is great though and Elex 2 is without a doubt going to be better than Elex 1.

Sin III or the original? CURIOUS

nobody is making baldurs gate 3 except bioware aka EA
stop being fucking retards and posting idiotic shit, thanks

I wish Dark Alliance would get remastered, that shit is peak Baldurs Gate.

Will they attend this E3?

yeah well you're a brainlet

get help. jesus how can one be so bitter?

If they do it will most likely get revealed at the pc gaming show.

They said they weren't doing OS3 for a while but it makes the most sense from a business standpoint

based

Alright, thanks. I'll finish it one day.

I hope Sin

Its not Baldur's Gate.
wccftech.com/baldurs-gate-3-larian-studios/

user, dont be afraid to show us your error message instead of just trying to save face. It obviously doesn't work for you but enough people have gotten it running in 2019.

BioWare doesn't even have the rights to BG you fucking moron.

Why would Larian waste their creativity on fucking BG of all things?

>wccftech.com/baldurs-gate-3-larian-studios/
>denied rumors back in October
Ok

I really hope it's not Original Sin 3 and is instead Divinity 3 or the rumored Baldur's Gate 3.
OS gameplay is already stale as fuck and armor system and random generated loot are cancer.

Quake III is happening?

OS3 or something else?
If it is OS then I hope they make a proper necro class

God, please be Divinity 3. I loved ego dragonis. A castle to do whatever you want and a dragon form that you can change into at any given moment was exactly what i wanted. Please Larian. I loved OS 1 and 2 but it is time for Divinity to get its next entry

You have that goldfish type memory or something, brainlet?

I said that the games will run but they do not run well. All of the older games have issues.

Doubt that it's OS3 as it would interfere with the sales of the OS2 spinoff.
It's most likely Divinity 3.

>Divinity 3
Just what the world needs, another eurojank RPG

Attached: kcd_a_womans_lot_art.jpg (1280x720, 139K)

>DLC called "A Woman's Lost"
>the woman chapter is 1 hour long and she dies horribly
>the remaining 3 hours of the DLC you play as a dude
Vavra trolling SJWs again

mixed party works but it takes a lot more effort to strip enemies to their hp and once you've done it becomes piss easy to stunlock them, it's braindead retarded
