I’m playing through it now. It’s not real Pikmin, but it’s not terrible either. Really hoping we hear something about Pikmin 4 at E3 since it’s my favorite series.
It is annoying that Nintendo decides to make 2D platformers for franchises like Pikmin and Chibi-Robo when they already have so many native platformers. Gets to be a bit of overkill.

Hey Pikmin is basically a platformer with puzzles and strategy.
You get a total of 20 Pikmin per level that you need to find. They'll help you 100% the level by accessing special areas in the map.
They also help with gathering resources in the Pikmin park, so you can keep accumulating Pikmin with every level you beat.
