It didn't, retardo

it has more players now than it did when it came out, it earned niantic over 2 billion

People didn't Pokemon GO to the polls

There isn’t any water at the polls.

>it has more players now than it did when it came out

Source on this bullshit claim?

Anyone who’s played a real, mainline Pokémon RPG knows that PoGo plays absolutely nothing like those games. The only people who play a PoGo now are casuals who just like having a thing to do on walks or the ultimate Pokémon cocksuckers who will love anything with the Pokémon brand on it

It didn't fail and is still going strong. Whenever there's an event day I see shitloads of people walking around playing it.

It didn't. Normies left and now we have real players.

It’s still making them shit tons. It’s gone from galactic god of the universe to god of the planet earth.

how about me, someone who played all mainline pokemon and still play pokemon go?

You're a perma-virgin.

but people who play the main games dont play go for the gameplay, they play for the collection aspect of it. based retard

Highest since, not higher than, retard

>the only people who play pogo are people who don't play Pokemon games and people who do play Pokemon games
Brilliant observation

Where did this misconception come from? Even at its worst it was still always high in the charts while using a scheme not as predatory as gacha

'Muricans, y'all.

>implying it failed

it didn't, it's an extremely successful spin-off with millions of active players

I mostly stopped playing because 90% of the content these days is tailored for people who know people who play. Apart from that, most of the pokes I don't have are either from raids that I can't do alone or just plain don't spawn here.

I don't hate it, just didn't feel like I could do much anymore. It was nice to have something to do on walks, though.

It didn't
If you insist otherwise I'll refer you to a 24h stream trying to catch a shine Machamp

Didn't fail. Just impossible to carry the ridiculous initial playerbase.
