Do we know if the game is open world or if it's just closed off areas you can explore?

World seems pretty expansive but I doubt they'd allow fast travel when it seems the point of the game is to traverse around. Obviously you have the motorbike so the areas have to be at least a little large.

Just wonder if there will be things like collectibles or any reason to explore the world. Or instead if it'll mostly be focused on just getting from story beat to the next story beat. Hoping for a nice 50+ hour game but I fear it'll just be a neat little 20 hour experience.
