This is fucking idiotic, the whole point of Malkavians is they manifest a derangement in the form of human a mental illnesses specifically.
The world of Darkness is supposed to be harsh and uninviting. When the devs are trying to wrap it neatly in some PC-esque bubblewrap so as to not offend or hurt anybodies feelings it makes me lose faith in how the writing is going to be as a whole. They're priorities aren't to give you a faithful portrayal of the source material or to shock and discomfort you. It's to provide you safe and sterile experience that doesn't upset the wrong people.
