YouTube added a new rule about videos being family friendly a few years ago, and also make it more strict a few months ago, but some of the video that break its guidelines still get monetize and some that don’t break its guidelines gets demonetized
To make thing worse, YouTube added YouTube Kids, a few years ago, but still have the family friendly rule in the standard YouTube, and also recently going to add a pointless change by making the sub count rounded instead of the exact number of subs
That all I can say about YouTube, but I can’t say anything about Twitch, though
