I don't think they will try to sell using fanservice. Nintendo's other gachas (Fire Emblem Heroes and Dragalia Lost) use fanservice to sell but those are teen rated. Pokemon gacha will probably be aimed at children like any other Pokemon game.
Though hopefully parents won't give their children access to this game along with their credit cards....

Pokémon was never about the characters, and the thing is about, the monsters, are the same recycled self they were, but with a worse battle system & slots of some sorts for guillible whales to sink their teeth into.
There weren't many ways to make Pokémon 100% worse than it is but it's undeniably one of them.
