This was the main issue I had with MGSV in terms of game play. Do the middle panel again with 200 times as much useless shit and add a balloon to the third panel. And that's MGSV.

They had so much shit in the game and cqc, tranq pistol and balloons was the most effective thing in 99.9999% of all situations in the game. The open world shit added nothing to the game. In fact it made the maps and environments less engaging and thoughtful.
