Yes, it's not a great translation for what is presumably just some mook. But if that's the worst Persona 5 has, it's nowhere near gibberish. It's worthy of criticism, obviously, but this just looks like a bunch of pointless outrage that only makes you look bad because it seems completely divorced from how bad it actually is.
