Ok lets take scholar as an example. Out of all the skills in the trailer only two of them are actually new: summoning high seraph and the guaranteed crit ability. Summoning high seraph is also just having a fairy with the same skillset as before just upgraded to have a shield and 5% magic damage mitigation on the buff skill. To top it all off, the 5% magic mitigation was on Eos in stormblood. The other “new” skills shown are just upgrades to bio and broil.
Then the best part, all the removed skills:

But a lot of raiders aren't even good at this game. You can clear content with full time tank stance tanks, 0 dps healers, dps that can't keep up their basic buffs. It happens all the time.

I can relate greatly to this. I really enjoy playing with my friends, but alas, they aren't into savage. I can't leave them to go play with some random people.
