I've started making my own protein shakes for lunch (I skip breakfast), and pretty much have whatever I want for dinner. I try to stick to 1500 calories or less. Working pretty well so far, I've lost 35 pounds since March.

Hell yeah. I've been working on my fatass since September eating about 1600 calories a day, getting most of my protein from chicken, and went from 280 down to 215. Still have a ways to go but I haven't been in this good of shape in my entire adult life. Feels good man

That's a lie, do some deeper research instead of believeing that shit, cholesterol in itself does not cause clotting, it never has. Damaged cholesterol though thanks to shitty seed oils and other inflammatory things like smoking do cause issues. thats the crux, DAMAGED oxidized cholesterol.
