I finished in one (50 days). Now I'm restarting to sweep up the remaining abnormalities

100%ing all the abos gets you a special ending, which isn't possible in one run.

Eventually there will be punishments for grinding/taking too long, but the game will let you know when they appear

because later on you'll be begging the day to finish as soon as possible. Early on go nuts with grinding, it's not very efficent though since zayins and teths give shit experience.

Generally you want to push it as far as you can, but it can be risky in the mid/lategame
