This could be dealt with by recycling and frankensteining models from previous games so that only part of the models have to be made. Of course, it would look somewhat cheap, but this can be masked a bit with special effects during the move.

KoFXIV's concept art is great, they just failed to act on it well. They somehow seem to be making money off both the real games and phone games so I have hope for the future. With Capcom they've already had 3 strikes so I really need to see a concerted the fighting game division has been revamped. The silence around S4 hasn't exactly built that confidence.

I really really really just wanted for SNK to have used Unreal engine instead of their in house engine and delayed SNK heroines release for about a year so we can get the fighting waifu game that most of us need.

Hell since they're going for fanservice waifu fights, they could've gone full rev ahead and include clothing damage. Leave the characters having band-aid strips covering nips and slits as a gag. That'll surely grab everyones attention.

Despite the janky animations some of the mechanics and the general flow of matches actually unironically looks fun for once.

However they're just gonna rerelease it with all the DLC in a year or so, I don't mind waiting for that.

Duh, of course they wont. It has already done its job and gave SNK just enough money and attention they needed to grab the FGC's attention as a whole before Samsho's release.

Its just kind of, you know, saddening that Heroines could've been more if the lighting/shading is better.
