Nah, you feel all of it. ARS kills dividing tissues so when you lose them they don't come back - this means tissues that divide really quickly (digestive system, skin, circulatory system) are the first to go while things like muscle and respiration take a little longer. Guess which tissue rarely divides (hint; it's the nervous system.)
