Thats honestly a pretty tough question. I cant think of a single player game that would have infinite replayability.
I'd have enough time to get into Dwarf Fortress though, and that game has a lot of it. Are there really any game that you could just keep playing and always find something new?
Animal Crossing is a good choice since its comfy, makes you feel less lonely and its like living in a different world in real time as well other than your lonely island. So it would probably be therapautic and make you feel less lonely.
