A good example is how fire 4 is not even that strong of a spell if you just look at it potency wise if you compare it to other BIG DICK POTENCY skills in the game. Yet the job toolkit allows it to be used so often that it becomes the single most damaging skill in encounters.

An instant cast skill that costs no mana and deals more than foul in ST so you can dump your polyglot charge (of which there are 2) is ridiculously powerful at 750.

That's a weird conclusion to make on just a few skill leaks.

I don't have a picture but Dragon Kick now gives a 15s buff that increases the MNK's damage by 10%. This means you still use it in the rotation just as you would, except it being a buff and GL4 coming means we only need to use DK and TS once every third GCD rotation instead of every other. This means a fuckton of increased chakra regen.

Leveling a job is somewhat tedious but not bad enough to make throwing money at them for free level 60 to be worth it. It's way better if you've got Road to 60 and the Aetheryte Earrings.

Provided both players are orange tier, I can't see a SAM outdpsing a BLM in the same fight considering the new tools BLM is getting. SAM tools are decent too, even if you assume that meditate skill leak is true, but the BLM ones just cover the jobs downsides in a way that's almost unfair.

FoW is gotta go fast, and FoF is a % DPS increase. You go FoW before RoF as RoF lets you keep GL4 during the effect of it, but you lose it and go back to GL3 when it ends.

you need a minimum of 20 to use Apex. However, the damage scales up based on how much excess Soul Voice you have. So you could pool 100 Soul Voice, and the first four Apex Arrows would deal bonus damage because you have more than 20 Soul Voice.

We don't know the calculation, but it's more than 2250 potency for a full gauge because of the scaling mechanic.

Samurai can push out over 1000 potency move. 650 is close to HALF of that. BLM is not about having the big potency, it's about having a strong spell that's spammable which makes it deal more than the over 1k potency skill in the end. And the ramp up means that it will be pretty bad with buffs if you spend the bulk of the time dancing and not using what OGCDs you have like the crit dance you'd want to get up at the same buff window as your team which is also where you want to hit this skill.

A LOT of effort went into the SMN and MCH reworks so I wouldn't be surprised if it ate up dev time.

Party gets Horoscope buff that doesn't do anything on its own (which can be upgraded if the AST casts Helios), then I'm guessing the next time a card buff is applied to them (including the 3 symbol effect) they get healed in addition.

But that's just me guessing.

Not until we see the extent of AST nerfs and see how quickly your foul charges up. WHM DPS might be strong enough to either invalidate or match AST contribution.
