How exactly does that work? I'm a boomer who has stayed clear of twitch so far.

each twitch account has a unique string of numbers/letters called a stream key that only the account owner has access to
you launch your streaming program of choice (OBS for example), input the stream key into the program, then hit start streaming. In the twitch UI you can set the category of your stream (game name, artifact in this case) and in the streaming program you select what program you want to show up in the stream (your favorite video player in this case). Then you hope you don't get banned.

make a different account with differnt IP address. Air whatever you want on a dead channel, porn for example. Then post a link to that channel for views.
