I can't beat the midnight ordeal mission because I'm too stupid to consistently make it to midnight without fucking something up along the way.

The only two times I've made it I got purple midnight which proved impossible and green midnight which I didn't understand and could have beat if I didn't get a bunch of people killed a stupid way (the laser was no where near them but they were still getting damaged??? apparently just being in the same general direction is bad).

I tried for so goddamn long with my misfit collection of abnormalities, but it's such a struggle now that I can't bring myself to beat the next mission. Like between the hell train and the parasite tree and the mountain it's just not fun anymore.

I'll inevitably forget, 30 minutes in, about the hell train ticket at some point and I'll restart because it wipes out some considerable proportion of my base. If I'm lucky, and it doesn't take out my employees, usually the clerk deaths is enough to set the mountain off and if my best squads aren't in the area he munches down the bodies and spawns two entities in no time.

Each game is mentally taxing in a very not fun way. I'll get to the mission start screen and then close out of the game because it's so tedious I can't bring myself to play. I'm not even at the really hard parts of the game yet.

Those PE boxes your employees died for? Used to power TT2, and something else - the "Tree" to launch the seed of light - the cure to humanity's Soul-disease, and plant it into humanity's heart. That's the light you saw in the true ending.
This is also why you needed 100% SOL to get it : A needed the one true solution for the "Seed" in order to launch it, else it would be all for nothing. After more than 10000 years, he found it.

A made a big mistake on the way.

Angela, who was made to guide various versions of X/A throughout the loops in order to find the cure, perceived time 100 times slower than the average human. So up to the latest X/A (that's us), she had lived for more than 1 million years. And she remembered every second of it, trapped inside A's hand-made hell.

Everybody does, you'd be an idiot not to. It's just the degree to which you do it that might be different. With later suppressions, just accepting the deaths of a few employees ends up becoming more and more realistic than retrying until a "perfect" day.

If you're wearing .2 resist armor, you can tank the selected damage pretty easily still. My level 5 with WN armor was still able to work on WN when Pale was selected.

It's one of the easiest in the game. Just completely ignore works that can potentially kill your employees and do bitch pussy works with all your early Zayin and Teth abnormalities. For the meltdowns, have an employee with your best corresponding armors for your riskiest abnormalities. The appropriate Aleph gear from an Aleph for example will suffice usually so it's hard to have problems due to specific abnormalities being too damaging.

Is there a way to pull up an employee list? Like the one that opens when you click on any enemy. I wish I could just select dudes without zooming around my entire base and checking them 1 by 1.

I did apocalypse bird and he got killed in the cleanup afterwards so I wasn't willing to reset. Melting love, mountain, and wolf weren't enough to stop him, but fucking dreaming current got him right near the end.

It's like Fallout Shelter (without the ability to assign facilities), lots of pointing and clicking and micromanagement. Tbh the gameplay is sort of substandard and is carried by the setting and discovering how the SCPs work

Her Justitica attacks have a bit of windup and the hitbox is only on one side of her. If you keep your melees close to her you can easily dodge it if they have max justice (which they should.)

Black smile is centered around her, not on the weapon from my experience, so distance from her is more important than direction, just run away if she winds up. If anyone gets caught just put up a black shield, more efficient than using HP/SP recovery bullets.

She's weaker to Red from then on too so you can also sick good ol Mercenary on her if you need some extra dps.

Git gud? You already have all but 2 of the ALEPH armors so there isn't much you can do in terms of equipment. If you're a scrub you can try letting the abos kill her (it becomes a cakewalk if you have Shelter from the 27th)

Briefly continuing this, I find using just 1-2 guys with Da Capo and Mimicry works pretty well against her. You can get her down fairly quickly as long as you make sure to dodge.

Interact with it as little as you have to until your crew geared up enough to gank him when he breaches. It's not worth trying to grind out his gear until you can just beat him up repeatedly, unless you got him on a day where you saved the Mem Repo, then you can work on him until he breaches, then Memory Repo, keep your boxes, repeat

He and Nothing There are the two nice mannered ALEPHs, they don't break out unless you want them to and they are easy to work with.

Blue Star is very nice in that it's content staying inside its room.
Good lucking making it go back though if it ever decides to leave.

Slime Girl is tricky until you figure out the trick to it and you have execution bullets, so you made the smart choice there. Don't feel bad about Memory Repoing out of bad picks, it's a smart thing to do. Try to get the gear from the abnormality before you do that, though.

Is there any fix for getting a black screen at the end of the day?
I've tried the memory leak "fix" but it really doesn't help at all. If I play more than one day or around day 22 in general I always get a black screen and have to pick next days abnormalities blind, which really kills any strategy and makes getting missing codex entries or equipment a pain.

Make sure to get all the tools. Sometimes they have a fifth tip or a lore tidbit that's easy to miss

Get at least one Chad with Vs across the board. HEs are mostly safe training and increase stats rapidly. Use LOBs if you have to, preferably not on Justice though.
Long Birb needs a good success rate and the rare armor that's not awful against Pale.

Greed is probably the easiest to contain. She's only annoying if you have other abnormalities that breach depending how many die in your facility.

I would focus on making a couple of really strong Agents. Most new players get fucked in the ass because they get some new really strong abnormality that they can't handle with their agents because their stats are spread out too much. If you can get a few Level IV or V agents early, you can send them into WAW or ALEPH rooms while you grind out the rest of the noobs with weaker abnos.

I did read the tips and what little I could glean from the broken English just says it fucks off after enough time or if a Panicked employee stops being panicked. The latter hardly matters because I rarely have panics, and the former doesn't seem to actually work because it just thwaps on my employees if I don't try to suppress it until I do try at which point it instakills one and fucks off.

Unless you haven't gotten full Observation levels on either one, go Bald. alternatively you could go for Monk because despite being a pain in the ass when it breaches, its armor is pretty nice red resist for low level employees with minimal stat reqs
