The game is not gonna bend shit. Case in point: fedorafreak's one-man session. Also Lord and Muse appear solely in one-man sessions because they are the combination of every active and passive class, respectively.

It doesn't bend anything despite offering new classes specifically for people who play one player sessions and giving them a different, much more difficult set of objectives to follow?
If the game didn't accommodate one player sessions they wouldn't have progression in the lord/muse classes at all, much less include them

It still hurts to think that Hussie gave millions of dollars to shady game developers (The Odd Gentlemen) and was dumb enough to trust them so he didn't go through the contract with a lawyer and it turns out the devs could do absolutely minimum work on a barely functional barren alpha game. "You forgot to specify how much we had to work on the game, so we decided the amount of work is zero". And when Hussie travelled across the country to knock on their door and have a talk, they refused to open the door. Hussie just stood there, in front of a locked door, barred from seeing the people he hired for millions of dollars from fan donations to make a shitty video game. And when Hussie decided to switch developer the previous ones took half the total money for half their time of doing zero work.

The moral of the story is: never trust anyone, always ask for legal advice from people in the same industry, and always read a contract with a worse case scenario in mind. God damn that's a painful betrayal for someone who didn't deserve it.

The worldbuilding was amazing. The first half of homestuck is a solid 10/10, the rest is maybe a 6/10, it's a shame the comic moved away from the worldbuilding and focused too much on relationships.
