Pursuits in general suck. The Elise's only flaw is that it has a bit high center of gravity for such a tiny car so it's surprisingly easy to tap a curb and flip the bitch sideways. That and its exhaust note doesn't give me a boner like the Carrera does.

I've got a late '90s Accord. My dad's a mechanic, and this guy brought it into the shop one day because it wasn't running. Turns out it would cost more to fix the thing than it's worth. Now, that ones iffy, because on first look it seems like a pretty abysmal one, but when you start thinking about it, it does cover most of the manufacturers it was going for, and the DLC(a term that 20 years ago meant free content, from EA no less) cars like the 360 and Aston do fill up the gaps.
B and AAA class feel very undeveloped, both only having 2 cars, but you can argue that there is certain poetry with having to choose from either BMW or Merc and finishing the game in either a BMW powered F1 or CLK GTR.
However, if we are going for this angle, than the lack of Dodge Viper or Ford Mustang to go up against Corvette and GM 4th gen F-bodies is quite showing.
Germans feel underused.
Porsche could have gotten both Boxer in either B or A and 911 GT1 in AAA.
BMW could of used a non-M 3 series in A class and 8 series in AA.
Mercedes must have had something to bring to either A or AA classes
While Japan is not part of the equation and I can live with that, Honda could have brought 2 cars, S2000 for B tier and NSX for A or AA.

My take away for High Stakes car list has been that it actually isn't as bad as it seems on a quick first view, but it is forever lacking.
Thankfully modding it is super easy, pity about the 50 car limit though.
