At the end Solas comes to Flemeth and succ's her life away just after she sends something through an eluvian. Probably to Morrigan.
This is where our knowledge ends.
Either Solas carries both Mythal's essence and Urthemiel now or Morrigan got back Urthemiel through the eluvian.
