The movie was written with Knives as endgame. They re-shot the ending scene last minute because test audiences had read the comic, which had finished while the movie was in production, and been confused as to why Scott went with Knives in the movie. The DVD/Bluray release has the original ending in the special features and everything.

Not particularly complex, but engaging enough to play short sessions on the fly. Cartoony. Great music. You can grind out levels without much through but still get some cathartic smashing done on the bus.

I would have preferred the series to end with Scott realizing that relying on Ramona to fix him is unhealthy and that he needs to do some self-work for a while.
